35mm, medium format, and digital imagery documenting the food, interiors, and life of both Wilsons Restaurant on Chandos Road in Bristol, and Wilsons Market Garden, a short drive South of the city where they grow the bulk of the produce they use. The restaurant was founded by partners Jan Ostle & Mary Wilson, and their name pays homage to Mary’s family restaurant in London which closed many years ago - Wilson’s.
This year, they’ve at long last been awarded a much-deserved Michelin Star to join the Green Michelin Star they already held. Brian Ohara Woodwork has recently refurbished the restaurant’s interiors with the most gorgeous timber panelling and Banquette benches.
