A day spent at L’Enclume in Cartmel - Chef Simon Rogan MBE’s 3 Michelin-starred, farm-to-table restaurant, and their farm, Our Farm, which supplies it. L'Enclume sits by the river Eea in the old village blacksmith’s forge, the anvil from which gives it its name.

As well as being the first restaurant outside of London to achieve 3 Michelin stars, it also holds a green Michelin star for its sustainable practices and is one of six restaurants globally, and the only British restaurant, to be top ranked and named La Liste’s number one restaurant globally.
